Profession of Faith

Sunday was a very special day for our family!  Mamie shared her profession of faith with our church congregation.  It was so special to have both sets of grandparents here as well. Here are some pictures from the day.

Griffin spent several Saturdays at his favorite Memphis spot this summer.

7th Grade

Mamie went back to school today.  It is so hard to believe that she is in the 7th grade!  She is really looking forward to taking art, choir and drama this year.  She was so excited to see her friends today!

Back to School 2014

Griffin and Margaret started school today! Margaret started 2nd grade, and Griffin started 4th grade. They are both in the same classes with the same teachers as they had last year, so it made for a very easy transition! They were so excited to see all of their friends this morning. I still can't believe that summer is over!

St. Louis 2014

Our family loves to visit St. Louis!  We were able to go at the end of July to watch the Cardinals play the Dodgers.  Griffin was so conflicted over what hat and shirt to wear and who to cheer for.










The next morning we went to the wonderful zoo for a couple of hours before heading to Ted Drewe's and driving back to Memphis.  (Margaret was very disappointed that the penguin exhibit was closed while we were there.)
