School Projects

Mamie and Griffin both have projects due for the "Think Show" at school this week.  Mamie's grade's project was to choose a charity in the city to research and write a report on.  She chose to do her project on St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.  They also had to make something that would advertise or raise support or awareness for their charity.  She had just taken sewing lessons, so she wanted to sew something.  She sewed a simple tote bag using her Hello Kitty sewing machine and put the St. Jude logo on the front.  It turned out really cute, and we had a lot of fun working on it together.


Griffin's grade is doing reports on different decades.  His class is doing the 1990's.  Griffin chose to do a sports report, and he chose Wayne Gretzky out of all the sports heroes of the 90's (so random).  He also chose to do a video broadcast instead of writing a report (he is just like Richie).  Here is his video.
